Some things I enjoy or am interested in:  intention for searing honesty or what Gay and Kathlyn Hendriks call telling the microscopic truth, tantra, dance performances, theatre, independent and foreign films, being silly, dancing freely, traveling to other countries, being as compassionate and kind as I can be, roadtrips(in my car that has a biodiesel powered engine), chocolate, holistic health, sustainable living, writing, reading (however, I don't consider myself well read), playing cards, shooting pool, live music, listening to both KCRW and KPFK, cultivating awareness of boundless essence, meditation, personal growth workshops, artist workshops, continuing to learn as much as I can about both inner and outer worlds, ongoing conversations of depth, creativity and intellectual stimulation, being pleasantly surprised or introduced to new things.

My most recent broad spectrum joy:  I recently studied Maya abdominal massage with Rosita Arvigo in Belize and it has taken me down a whole exciting and fullfilling path in my work.
